Solution-Focused Coaching

Solution-focused coaching is all about recognising your core values and your natural strengths. It’s about getting clear on the direction you want to be moving in, and then making the necessary adjustments within yourself to make sure you’re taking action and staying on course.

People tend to book coaching sessions with me for two reasons:

    This can include a particular aspect of yourself you’d like to work on, improving a particular relationship, freeing up your creativity, finding clarity around your business plans or discovering a deeper sense of life purpose and drive. Solution-focused coaching offers practical, effective ways to make real progress in these areas.

  2. Peak Performance
    If there is an upcoming event or competition where you’d like to perform at your very best, solution-focused coaching can help you to develop a strongly positive mindset, so that you can be focused, confident and in the zone when it matters most.

Hypnotherapy in Coaching

In my experience, hypnotherapy is a powerful adjunct to coaching, and I typically incorporate closed eye exercises and guided imagery into my coaching work. Hypnotherapy and guided imagery give you a way to deeply internalise the positive changes that you’re making, so that they become readily available to you in daily life.

On board our rowing boat as we crossed the Atlantic Ocean alone for 53 days, nothing was able to keep us more centred, grounded and calm amidst failing vital equipment, significant injuries and extreme sleep deprivation than the voice of Joe Kao.

His pre recorded hypnotic recordings tailored to us allowed the stress of life threatening situations to evaporate away leaving us with a smile on our faces even at the worst moments.

I wouldn’t venture into any other ocean without the support of Joe’s hypnosis to get my through some of life’s deepest lows.
